We offer digital products, in-person and virtual services including: business coaching, consulting, online courses, memberships, workshops, and downloadable resources. All products are delivered online or in-person; no physical goods are shipped.

All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and instant access to our products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified on the product page.

5. Delivery Policy

Access to digital products (downloads, courses, templates) is typically granted immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.

For coaching programs, live workshops, and memberships, details and calendar invites will be emailed prior to the start date.

6. Return Policy

Since all products are digital or delivered in-person, physical returns are not applicable. If you experience issues accessing your purchase or believe there is a problem, please contact us — we’ll work to resolve it.

7. Cancellation Policy

Some programs or offers have specific cancellation terms listed on their sales or checkout pages; those terms will override this standard policy.
