2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, completing assessments, enrolling in programs, purchasing services, or otherwise engaging with Strategy Ninjas (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
3. NATURE OF SERVICES
Strategy Ninjas provides education, strategic advisory, and implementation guidance related to artificial intelligence, business systems, workflows, and operational design.
Services may include:
AI Fluency Assessments and readiness diagnostics
Strategic audits, roadmaps, and advisory sessions
Training programs, workshops, accelerators, and masterminds
Consulting engagements (live, recorded, or asynchronous)
AI workspace configuration and prompt architecture guidance
Templates, frameworks, SOPs, and instructional materials
Strategy Ninjas does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, compliance, or fiduciary services.
We do not act as an agent, employee, partner, or service provider executing tasks on your behalf unless expressly agreed to in a signed written contract.
4. AI FLUENCY ASSESSMENT DISCLAIMER
The AI Fluency Assessment is an educational self-evaluation tool designed to surface awareness, readiness patterns, and strategic considerations.
You expressly acknowledge that:
Results are not certifications, credentials, rankings, or endorsements
Scores are not comparative or industry benchmarks
Results do not predict performance, success, compliance, or outcomes
Assessment outputs are subjective, interpretive, and informational
Strategy Ninjas makes no representations regarding accuracy or completeness
You agree not to rely on assessment results as the sole basis for any business, legal, financial, or operational decision.
5. NO RELIANCE & EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All Services, content, assessments, and AI-assisted outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
You expressly agree that:
You assume full responsibility for how information is interpreted and applied
You will independently verify all outputs before implementation
No information provided constitutes professional advice
Strategy Ninjas is not responsible for decisions made based on Services
Use of the Services is at your sole risk.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry rules
Maintain appropriate human oversight of all AI-assisted outputs
Ensure compliance with advertising, disclosure, privacy, and consumer-protection laws
Not misrepresent Strategy Ninjas materials as legal, compliance, or professional guidance
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute proprietary materials
Reverse engineer frameworks, assessments, or methodologies
Use Services in a misleading, unlawful, or deceptive manner
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, assessments, frameworks, methodologies, trademarks, training materials, prompts, and documentation are the exclusive property of AMR Ventures, LLC.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal business use only.
No ownership rights are conveyed.
8. AI & TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS
Strategy Ninjas may utilize third-party AI platforms and technologies.
You acknowledge that:
AI systems produce probabilistic outputs
Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
Third-party platforms may change functionality or availability at any time
Strategy Ninjas does not control third-party model behavior
You accept all risks associated with AI-assisted tools and outputs.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms.
Strategy Ninjas is not responsible for third-party outages, data loss, pricing changes, policy updates, or platform limitations.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
10. PAYMENTS, BILLING & NO REFUNDS
All fees are in USD
Payments are processed through third-party providers
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks permitted unless agreed upon between parties prior to any sale.
Failure to pay or disputes may result in suspension or termination.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
STRATEGY NINJAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
ACCURACY
NON-INFRINGEMENT
AVAILABILITY
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy Ninjas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Strategy Ninjas in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategy Ninjas, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your breach of any real-estate, advertising, or data-privacy laws
Your infringement of any third-party rights
14. NO PROFESSIONAL OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
No attorney-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created by use of the Services.
15. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. While reasonable safeguards are used, no system is completely secure.
16. MODIFICATIONS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue is exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Strategy Ninjas.
